Can we at least believe what Bruce himself wrote?

Let's face it,Yavar. We've been had !
My original post is correct. Listen to the podcast if you don't believe me. The relevant comment by Bruce starts at 40:00. He says:
"All I can tell you is that the album is finished, that we've mastered ALL the things I ever did in the theme parks, things from years ago, Mickey's Audition, short pieces, long pieces, and it's just waiting for Disney to release it. I think they're trying to figure out how they'd like to let it out, so as far as I understand, it's still in the works, but as far as my job on it, it's been done, the record company, we've completed our end, we're just waiting for the thing to be released."
Roger's comment quoted DizStoreCM12, so I suspect the final product will not be exactly as he described it.

I couldn't find it, but I swear over at the Intrada forum a couple years ago (or around that), somebody pointed out that quote by Broughton was already a few years old; obviously something has been holding it up.

Yes, this has seemingly been in the works for years with no end in sight. I have to assume Disney is gumming up the works. Still hoping...

And maybe there are questions about selling this CD in the parks themselves (who knows?).
I'm sure that no matter who ultimately releases it, Disney will arrange for them to be available in the parks. Park music CDs have long been a pretty popular souvenir.
Sadly this isn’t really true anymore. There hasn’t been a new official album released in 5 years, and few cds are to be found for sale in the American parks now.

The problem is as noted in the quote from Bruce at the very top is he said it includes all (in caps) the music he's written but he won't stop writing music for the Disney parks...

pardon me but im a tad bit confused. i never said anything, nor do i see anything posted about Bruce no longer writing music for disney parks believe me i am ALL for him continuing writing more music for the parks. i was just stating that i had heard in a recent podcast with him that there might be hope for this release coming still. that it hadnt died.

i was under the impression it was done and waiting to be released from what i had heard and been told. my apologies. im not wishing to upset you or anger you please forgive me it is not my intention.

Couldn't he -- just a thought -- stop and have it be a "Volume 1" and then write more so do a second volume (which could maybe be filled out with demos from other projects)?
