Here are some additional notes I had on the use of Clare de Lune in Giant:
"And just to have a complete analysis, Uncle (Chili Willis) plays the full "Clare de lune" in the scene where he speaks with Liz Taylor alone in the parlor as she leans against the wall. It's just after the scene where Jett Rink walks-off the fence at Little Reata. There is one more brief excerpt that can be heard as Uncle plays the Reata organ in the parlor / sitting room, which had been refurbished in all white. The cast are depicted as much older with gray hair. This is before the scene when they are on the plane flying to Jett's event."
