The picture's not as ugly as the price! Crazy, as I see you can buy the Silva edition for as little as £4.39 from a marketplace seller. It is funny on Amazon with CD's (& DVD's & some Blu's), you can see new for £8 & second hand for £50 & more! There's thousands of examples of some people asking crazy prices for things, & sometimes the sensible priced object sells & all that's left is the looney price, never be tempted! Just check again a week later. Do these crazy prices ever sell?

Amazon´s full of unbeliavable prizes. Some widely available soundtracks, like you said, are sometimes sold for 60 £ or more. I thought it was a somekind of mistake by the seller, but as more and more these appeared from different sellers, i had to believe it. I hope no-one buys with these prices!

In fact, there´s many Goldsmith cds which cost 199 £ in uk´s amazon. eek

Btw, this is one of the few Goldsmith cds i don´t have. Some day i´ll buy it with cheaper price.

Why would you need this Japanese release? Don't you have the 4CD Silva Screen set?

(Unless you're in love with that particular JG picture on the cover - or obi-strips...!)

Unfortunately, Amoeba Records is now pricing its used CDs with Amazon prices as their guide. I spoke to one of the staff a few days ago, questioning the high price of some used CDs and he confirmed they check prices on Amazon. So if someone lists a crazy price on Amazon and it's the only used listing for that item at that particular time, it sets price levels elsewhere too.

Well yes i have, but a completist is a completist.... but i´m not going to pay much from it. 70 dollars is my limit nowadays what comes to Goldsmiths cds. Then again, like i said, there´s not many i don´t have. I wish Intrada would rerelease Night Crossing´s expanded version. Meanwhile regular version will do.

Hideous... but still better than Gary Kester's "artwork".

It's terrible and all that, but I can't be the only one who laughed out loud at this?!

Oh no, my friend. When it popped up this morning I almost choked on my apple and then proceeded into a large giggle-fit that I still haven't quite recovered from.

I think someone should print T-shirts! I'd buy one. Two even.
