One of the best things that could happen for Hans, and for us, would be for him to work with a really hard and demanding director that knows what he wants with the music. Someone that would tell Hans, "I love you Hans, but this time, no samples, no synths, no fake strings, no sample chorus, no electronics at all, no processed drums etc" If a director would say, these are your instruments you can use and write a score in say, 30 days. Hans greatest enemy are guys like Z Snyder that want all those 'cool sounds' and stand back all slack jawed and drooling, and give him lots of time and resources.
