I had it up to here with you[person when saying this, is usually with their hands showing up to here is at the chin]. So it does not make any sense, it would then be referring to the physical part of the person 's body not the brain which is really what is the part of the body that is perturb.

Well you know it is not a perfect world- seems to me most of the time that statement is used by people for defending or doing something that is wrong.

I'm seeing on business cards some nouveau types tacking on words onto their veep title to try to goose it up. Example:

Gurn Blanston
First Vice President
