Don't know if anyone has mentioned Goldsmith's "Twilight Zone: The Movie" score yet, but it has some beautiful moments even in the "horror" segments (ie., apart from Spielberg's schmaltzy take on "Kick the Can," for which Goldsmith provided a lovely score), especially the playful motif the strings play as the gremlin on the wing of John Lithgow's plane leaps off and soars into the night sky - a real "sense of wonder" moment in an otherwise roller-coaster ride.
The score to ANOTHER TIME, ANOTHER PLACE from the SPACE 1999 series - 74 - Barry Gray.
Music tinged with regret and sadness, especially the final bars. The music was often used to cap various episodes giving them a thougtful quality (not second season episodes obviously).
