I have made a comment about this before, but is there any way CDs could be on sale for at least a month or so. At 12.75 US$ shipping, it is not ideal to buy CDs one by one. This is not counting that I will move house soon and the CD might not even end up at the right address depending on when it is shipped... One never knows anything in terms of how long something's going to last. We're still sitting on copies of things six months to a year later (some more than that) that we thought would sell out quickly. The postage has nothing to do with anything but the USPS, unfortunately. Certainly we're not making money on it, we're losing money on every International postage charge because we are not marking up to include the box the CD is shipped in - those, in case you're wondering, are not free and they are, in fact, expensive. If you need us to hold one for you, just let me know.

Hey Bruce: Have a brief memory lapse, I'm pretty sure I ordered this CD??? Unable to send e-mail from your Kritzerland site. Thanks, Robert rxprmebob@comcast.net Not sure what you mean about not being able to send e-mail from our site - I believe our e-mail address is everywhere on the site - it's no secret - kritzerland at gmail dot com. That said, you did indeed order it.

And it did sell out around five o'clock.

And it did sell out around five o'clock. As predicted Mr. Chriswell. Your talents still astound. Congrats Bruce.

And it did sell out around five o'clock. Glad it sold so quickly for you Bruce. Can't wait to get my copy when it's ready. It's looks like (some) golden age cds will indeed sell very well. A new "Golden Age' perhaps?

Unfortunately, 1000 doesn't sell out on a lot of Golden Age stuff - it's sometimes shocking. But Laura and A Place in the Sun, well, let's just say I was able to reach outside the soundtrack fan and that helped immeasurably. Still, if I'd done 1200 or 1500 we probably would have sold 700 rather than the 1000.

1,000 copies of a golden age title seems to be a the golden number! A new Golden Rule?

Still, if I'd done 1200 or 1500 we probably would have sold 700 rather than the 1000. Well, advert a 1000-copies release and press 1500. It will be a win-win move. And i remember this has already been done by a major soundtrack label but i can't come with a name right now...
