I guess you folks have never heard of or seen the COMET before. It's the spaceship of CAPTAIN FUTURE, a Japanese animation series dating back to 1979. It was a big success in Germany in the early 1980s.

Arghg.... Captain Future .... with the floating brain guy ... and the rubber shapeshifter with Kaept'n Blaubaer's voice ... and the endless repetition of Christian Bruhn's library music tracks, had to buy the cd to exorcise it from my brain ... argh argh argh ...
