btw tg, did you know new man has sacked Revie players from the matchday suites and q ana as?

No - didn't know that. But Howard Wilko took the photos down from that era when he became manager to stop everyone harking back, and he won the league.

No room for sentiment. Results are the be all and end all.

Leeds came second... But fair play to Rotherham as they never stopped pressing and running - and their keeper had a blinder. Donnie is yet to win a game as our manager. Hope he hasn't unpacked.

after an early bright start by Burnley, hammers 3-1 up now.
even carlton the tree Cole has scored.
you know you have had a bad day when carlton scores against you.

Champ League position, Bill? No more complaining from you for a while...

Stunning win for Ronald Koeman's Shoushampton.

And a win for Oblicno's Notlob. One happy Canuck.

a position that flatters us, tg, but one which wil last til United beat qpr tmro. So from tomro about 6 we will be goin for europa league! ha ha.

saw the bolton goal. Millwall did well getting back to 3-3 with wolves.

southampton had a fluke win. and sadly bloody newcastle nicked a win and probably means our mate pardew has another 8 years doing manager interviews on motd.

I didn't see the game today (had a day out with the missus) but caught up with the score on my return home. Sounds like a whopper! 3 oggies, 4 goals in last 5-10 minutes, joke defending (and finishing), QPR bossing the game!!
I don't know what's happened to LFC this season. Where's the pressing, pressure, pace and intensity that characterised so many games last season (I know Suarez was part of that but we did it without him too at times). We never missed BOTH Suarez and Sturridge last season though...maybe it's that. I thought the defence would improve with the new buys but things seem worse, not better.
Still, we're playing awful and sitting 5th, so who knows where we'll be when we click wink

Shame the Baggies let that lead slip last night - although I can't dislike Daley Blind. For some reason, he reminds me of our Thor.

The post-match tweets on Sky Sports News included one with the hashtag #mufclive. I couldn't help wondering who Clive is...

Not likely to have the same success as his father?wink

Reckon Roma should give the fans their money back as well after that result...

Do you remember that episode of The Simpsons when they lost the dental plan and Mr Burns thought Homer was a genius? Then he started spinning around the floor and Mr Burns says "I'm beginning to think he's not the genius we all thought he was"...
