My favorite album is likely Serenada Schizophrana - though it isn't a score in the strictest sense, some of it was later used in films. (Standard Operating Procedure and an IMAX movie, I think)
Other ones I really enjoy are Spider-Man 2, Nightbreed and A Simple Plan. I also really liked Terminator Salvation but I haven't listened to it in an age, I'll have to "double check".
