Bullets smashing the back window of a car but not having the energy to smash the front window.

Wouldnt the impact slow it down?

Try this experiment. Hold a pane of glass in front of you. Have a friend fire a loaded gun at said pane of glass. Please document the results.

Since it's on a current movie poster, any case where a person is able to hold onto a ledge with one hand and not fall! Nobody can hold their own body weight with one hand, at least for not more than a few seconds.

I mentioned something similar - but even worse- about DEADFALL!

a) When hacking a computer the pasword is deduced from images or objects in the room where the device to be invaded is located. Many times it's a photograph.
b) There is no maximum amount of tries before the hacker is rejected further access.

Yup that's a lazy old cliché that bugs me. There was supposed to be a smart & intelligent drama on TV a couple of years ago, where a guy sneaks into an office to steal some secrets from a computer, he looks at the desk, sees a photo of the persons kids with their names on it, types in the names & he's in, no upper or lower case, no numbers et cetera, it's cobblers...unless of course it's American Government top secret stuff, then it seems you only only have to tap in "password". Not to play Devil's advocate here, but many of the IT folks I know say that actually it's very common practice for people to have idiotic passwords. At work they recently did some audits and found lots of folks whom had pictures of loved ones on their desks and these were cues for the type of passwords you were talking about. People would literally have passwords written under their keyboards, behind their monitors, in desk drawers, etc. And the most common password? Password!
Anyway, it bugs me when the computer whizzes in films are so often portrayed as wimpy, socially awkward, bookworm types living in their mom's basements, etc.
Shoot, most of the IT folks I know are sharp, athletic, talented people.
It kills me 'cause they're smarter, more skilled and athletic than me!

...when a character is flying/floating/levitating/being thrown, and it's blatantly obvious where the wires are attached to the harness they have on under their costume? Even in this era of "seamless" wire removal via CGI, you can always tell by the way the actor moves their body. Watch any CW superhero show for good examples, and it's not restricted to TV-budgets, either...even in the most expensive big-screen superhero and action movies, you will always see where the wires are attached.

...how, in cartoons, the lead character is never the father of the child they have as a sidekick, they're always their uncle or some other relation? Ducktales, Inspector Gadget...

And there's never any explanation as to where these kids' actual parents are.

Probably because a responsible parent wouldn't put their kid in such dangerous situations, where as the goofy uncle would. #Uncle Buck.

...actors in period movies that pre-date modern dentistry (or play characters from outer space or some fantasy/sci-fi universe) open their mouths wide to scream, revealing numerous fillings in their teeth?

Check it at 1:24...he may be the Man Of Steel, but he still succumbs to cavities. big grin

Also in Damien: Omen II, the young actor who plays Damien opens wide to scream when he invokes a brain embolism in his cousin in the snowy forest, and sports several noticeable fillings...despite the fact that it's established earlier in the film that he's immune to disease.

Yeah, that always takes me out of the film for a second or two, especially in period pieces.

I think in the Lost in Space movie, future Will was saved from falling into the time machine vortex because his dog tags were snared on something and thereby supported his unconscious body weight until John Robinson could save him?

That there is some pretty strong neck wear.
