I'm surprised the LP program wasn't included as Disc 2.

BMG holds the rights to the RCA Victor recording.

While "Holly" is a lovely track, in my opinion Mr. Mancini should have replaced "Mr. Yunioshi" with track 30, "Moon River (Audrey Hepburn and Guitar)" featured on the Intrada CD, and "Hub Caps and Tail Lights" should have been displaced by Intrada's "Where's Cat/Finale (Moon River)" as the final track of the LP.

So why was Hub Caps And Tail Lights on the original soundtrack, George? I haven't got the Intrada (unfortunately) but I have to assume Where's Cat/Finale suits you because it sounds better for wrapping up an extended listen.

I would venture Hub Caps And Tail Lights was put in originally because it is raunchy to the nth degree. Anyone familiar with the film will remember the Peppard/Hepburn discussion about various shades of "talent" that takes place while the strip number is going on off-camera. The compromise would perhaps have been to leave it in as a momento to that 'siren' moment everyone knows about. Which, interestingly, brings up the whole argument of C&C as opposed to selections for the 'ideal' shortform listen.
