Does anyone know how widespread was the use of these in the 50's and 60's?
I saw a print of THE BRAVADOS the other week which appeared to have discrete stereo channels.
I know FOX produced them as a matter of course from the early days of Cinemascope but I wondered how widely they when distributed in the USA, the UK and other countries.
