EDIT: I don't! I forgot, this was one of those Kickstarters where the reward that included the CD was way too high. I guess I'll be pre-ordering this after all! Thanks for the link.

Just commenced first spin of the CD. As a fan of classical, avant-garde, solo piano, film music and various incestuous incarnations of all of the above, I am finding this disc very enjoyable...well, Broughton's contributions at least, which are all I've heard so far, but I'm sure the others will have much to offer to these wide open and eager ears. I also applaud Ms. Cheng for championing such an undertaking and for her undeniable talent as a keymaster of the most sensitive and adventurous type. Oh yeah, an honorable mention must be given to the composers who actually wrote these pieces. 
Wait till you get to the Williams piece. By far the wildest piece on there (IMO), and very avantgarde. Haven't quite grabbed on to it yet after a couple of listens, but I'm hoping it will grow on me.

While I can admire the artistry and performances on offer here, if I'm honest, I will never play this CD a second time.
There is just far more listenable and enjoyable music out there that I would prefer to devote my time to, by every one of the composers represented on this disc.
Fair play to people who can get into (and stuff out of) this type of music, but for me, it's gotta strike me in the heart.
Music is all about emotion for me. I can dig some challenging stuff, but nothing much happens for me here.
Even the Desplat, Giacchino and Newman cuts, which are slightly more palatable, I thought were weak compared to their other works.
