I was in Stavanger in July, 2011, and what a beautiful place it is!! I was on a the Costa Pacifica and we berthed in that port and spent the day there. Oh, I just love Norway and we're planning to return next year and take the trip right up the coast on the Hurtigruten line!! Fancy Stavanger having its own symphony orchestra! SO CIVILIZED.
