i am looking for a cover version with modern arrangement that i had in the 80's of the theme THE THIRD MAN . It was on a compilations album but i can t recall wich one.
Anton Karas made a newer arrangement on his theme on the Decca/Cinema Gala album (CD - 421 264-2) in 1963. The german conducter Horst Jankowski recorded a modern arrangement in 1965 (Jankowski Originals vol. 1 - CD Jazzclub 06007 5318203). Thats what I have in my collection, but there is many recorded arrangements on this theme. Try Amazon or i-tune. Im am shure You will see many.
