I'm in the same boat, Bill. Both look so familiar, but I can't come up with it. He looks a bit like Peter O'Toole, but not quite. She looks a bit like Kim Basinger--but not quite. I'm sure it's the way the art work is done.
Now, how curious you don't know who the girl is...
As you say in the US : "Better the devil you know than the devil you don't know !"
I'd say her name is linked to a planned set of interrelated tasks over a fixed period and within certain cost and other limitations executed by a woman claiming or popularly believed to possess magical powers and practice sorcery.
