That is very sad. Sounds like she was a lovely person. I (too) had the huge hots for her when she was in "The Champions" and I was about 10 years old.
Me too. She kind of defined what you'd want in a woman when you grew up - beautiful, blonde, elegant and blessed with super powers. (Fortunately, I grew out of the blonde and super powers aspects.)

My father sends his commiserations. He served her as a customer where he worked for one of London's well known department stores - ages ago. He's spoken of many famous people with whom he came into contact while at work, many of whom are now gone - but he remembers her as a charming beauty.
