iTunes is a pain in the ass. Seriously? You click it, and it starts downloading. How can that be hard? I use iTunes to convert all my music to hard disc (well, it'll be a long time until I'm done). :-) I have never actually purchased any iTunes titles so far, for two reasons: For one: I dislike the very idea of purchasing lossy, compressed music files. For two: The iTunes tagging is terrible and is not in the slightest to my needs. In fact, I find all classical music tagging, be it in Spotify, Amazon, or iTunes shoddy, inconsistent and therefore more or less useless. I have to re-tag everything myself. (Sigh!) But as far as concerting goes, iTunes does a very good job and is comfortable to use.

He's almost certainly referring to titles previously released on CD by Intrada. Do the iTunes releases correlate to the titles they've been gradually taking out of print? Is there any indication they're involved in these digital releases?
