Shamefully, I still haven't watched an episode, even though a friend of mine directed episode 2. I need to rectify that soon. EDIT I realized almost immediately after posting this that this was a completely self-serving comment. Sorry everybody.

Episode 4 - The White Iris. http://www.startrekcontinues.com/episodes.html I just saw the latest episode and I"m rather impressed. Of the two groups, i'm enjoying the STAR TREK CONTINUES much more then the other one. But both are worth checking out. Ford A. Thaxton

Marina Sirtis as the computer voice. Awesome. I don't like the use of a holodeck since that wasn't until Next Generation, but I'll let that go. Still entertaining to watch. Actually, the concept was introduced in the animated series episode "The Practical Joker," which is why I assume they are using it in their version of the series.

My only real criticism is in that vein, that - as a production which said they were acting as if they were filming the 4th season - they are including ideas and references to things created much later. In this episode, for example, referencing the Katra, created for Star Trek III, and the Xindi, introduced in Enterprise. I consider the animated series fair game since many fans also see that as a 4th season of sorts. For a fan production they do well technically. Some of the actors are quite good, but I have problems with the stories as written. But I'm not gonna piss on everyone's fire. These people put a lot of effort into their productions and we get to watch them for free.
