Since Universal Music owns E.M.I. and since E.M.I. worked with M.G.M. on those expanded James Bond reissues, do you think there's a chance they'll start all over again and include Michael Kamen's "Licence To Kill"?

This sounds like a job for Super... I mean, La La Land!

I'm not that familiar with who owns what and who gets the final say in what gets released and what doesn't. Could you elaborate? Has there been some recent change in ownership/affiliations that would make an expanded release of Licence to Kill more likely now?

Because as of 2012, Universal Music owns E.M.I., and already owns the M.C.A. label, which makes it possible for a expanded edition of "Licence To Kill".

Sure would be nice - one of my favorite non-Barry Bond scores, from one of my favorite Bonds films, starring my favorite Bond actor!

Great Bond movie and great score! As an actor I think Dalton was a good Bond, whished he had done more Bond films.

Licence To Kill is one of the worst album from the series, bad songs (Dirty Love... Wedding Party...) and missing great tracks from the score! I'd love a complete edition!

Given that MCA issued the soundtrack album,
Intrada may have their foot in the door already with EON slamming the door shut.
