I gave this score a thorough listen today and found it to be a wonderful discovery for me personally. "Beth's Theme" is just lovely. Packaged with Khartoum, this is Cordell at his best. I have a huge soft spot for Ring of Bright Water as well but this was a delightful find today.

Yes I agree it is a very nice score and I like the unique main theme as well FRANK CORDELL was one of a bunch of film composers who you wish were more prolific in film scoring, because everything he did was solid. Not only was he not prolific in this field he also was to sadly die pretty young. Frank's last score worked wonders for a unique low budget genre film called GOD TOLD ME TO-76.Had a Bernard Herrmann vibe to it which was interesting because Larry Cohen the director used Herrmann for a earlier film called IT'S ALIVE IN 73.
