Yes, it's an amazing generation of spanish composers: Victor Reyes, Fernando Velázquez, Lucas Vidal, Roque Banos...

Don't forget Federico Jusid.

Spain has always had lots of film music fans (perhaps more than any other country in the world pr. capita), but really only a handful of Spanish composers who have made an impact (Iglesias, Vives, Illaramendi, Bonezzi). Now there seems to be a real revival in that area too.

GRAND PIANO is bloody BRILLIANT! Love it! Full bodied and totally satisfying listen from beginning to end, I have no hesitation recommending this.

Absolutely terrific movie as well, better than anything De Palma has made in nearly two decades.

Checked out the "Main Title" cue and loved the Morricone "inspiration." Started the actual body of the score after, but wasn't nuts about it. I'll see the movie first and then go through the rest.
