I have the original CD, so I will not buy this, even if I would love to read the liner notes. I just feel that I can't justify buying music that I already have.

This is one of my favorite (released) Tangerine Dream scores. Happy to hear the remaster is worthwhile. I'll be picking this up soon! Thanks LLL -

I've been listening to this CD on repeat since I got it in Friday's mail. The rearrangements of tracks from (the original TD albums) Pergamon, Tangram and Exit, plus the music that makes this score unique, make this a killer album. The vibrant analog sounds the band used during this incarnation/era are second to none. Whas some of the music used for wavelenght also used for de German tv series "tatort""? or is this mentioned in the liner notes? if so than i wait until my copy has arrived I could be wrong, but I don't believe there was any overlap between Wavelength and the music released on the Tatort singles, like "Flock," Speed," "Das Madchen auf der Treppe," etc. Nothing on TATORT to my knowledge but it is worth pointing out that BREAKOUT was originally used in Edgar Froese's VITAMIN C track from KAMIKAZE 1989 soundtrack (that film was released in 1982). Also, for fans of THE SOLDIER you can hear the music from the glider scene 2 minutes into 'ALLEY WALK' on WAVELENGTH.
