Wait, so a best-seller's reissue isn't deserving of an initial markdown to ten cents? It's actually $19.98 once you scroll down? Outrageous.

I am quite excited about the re-issue, though I had hoped Titus or Goldwasser would have handled the art design over Banning.

I am quite excited about the re-issue, though I had hoped Titus or Goldwasser would have handled the art design over Banning. Mr. Banning had done quite a good job on the original release, but i do have an idea. Why don't you do this, email Mr. Gerhard and Mr. Verboys (The owners of LA LA LAND) and explain to them their mistake by having him do it... While bearing in mind that said ARTWORK was approved by them, Mr. Harrison, Myself and the copyright holder..... Do you need their email? I'll be happy to provide it. BTW, I wasn't aware that you were in the loop and have seen the finished product yet in order to make an intelligent comment on it, you wouldn't post a comment like this without seeing now would you? :-) Ford A. Goddamn, why do you feel the need to be such a defensive DICK? Don't shit where you eat, Ford A. Thaxton. You post a message like this and you don't ask yourself who is being a "Dick?" Wow, someone just doesn't see the irony in it. Ford A. Thaxton

Love the art from the Bernie Wrightson book. Wasn't it also the art for Varese Sarabande's original LP?

It's not that I don't like this particular cover art; it's actually preferred, as I like the return to its comic book foundations. I just have a problem with the overall design decisions Banning is often behind with most of his projects. Again, it's merely a matter of preference. I think Titus and Goldwasser are much more prone to focusing on the details of the products, and that's always exciting for me.

I am hopeful Mr. Banning will rise to the occasion and do Creepshow the justice it deserves, in terms of eye popping, colorful graphics. If I can be critical without getting yelled at, I did not enjoy the art design on the previous edition, also by Banning. Creepshow is my all time favorite horror film, so I am really hopeful of a home run package that pays proper tribute to a film that oozes visual style and color. Aside from the packaging, I am really looking forward to an all new listening experience. I've always noticed some subtle differences between the Soundtrack Album and the film cues. Some questions I have... Sound effects? (Thunder, laughter, weed growth, Crate sounds). Will they be gone? Will the library cues be interspersed with the Harrison material, or on their own at the end? Are there any famous or coveted library cues that were unavailable, or elusive? Any cues that were dialed out of the film? Or other Easter Eggs? I honestly can't wait.
