I went when I visited rome in 2010, it's a small shop filled with movie merchandise, some of it cheesy, some of it cool, most of it overpriced IMO. It has a nice selection of movies, books (english too) dedicated to horror/fantasy as well as a moderate selection of scores. Don't expect Argento to be present, you'll have a better time meeting him at film festivals than at this store. There is a small tour you can take in the cellar that showcases some of the props of Argento's movies, but if you haven't seen Demons, Phenomena, ... it's more of a curiosity as it showcases specific scenes from his movies. I recommend Trastevere burrough for going out and having a drink, enjoy Rome!
