Sorry about the abbreviated subject line, it's hard to fit in before running out of characters. Anyway, how does Intrada's complete "Hunt for Red October" sound? It's a "debatable" soundtrack get for me, so I was wondering what people here thought, but there's hardly been any discussion of it except for that the end credits don't sound good. I've listened to a lot of it on Youtube, and like what I hear, but the sound quality is terrible. Anyway, feel free to share your thoughts.
Sounds great, except for the last track (the credits cue) where there's a drop in quality. I'm no audiophile and sound quality doesn't bother me as much as most. It should be noted that Christian Clemmensen over at Filmtracks (who's quite an audio nut) wrote quite a scathing write up of the audio quality of Intrada's release though, so maybe check that out for an alternate opinion.

Chris.
I'm no audiophile either, but I usually pick up on bad tracks. I just can't hear the drop in sound quality on the end credits suite. Maybe it's only obvious on a big sound system.
