Yes, it actually exists! I know many of you have disavowed Facebook from your lives and I take no issue with that. But for anyone who's still in the fence, there happens to be really interesting film music discussion going on right now; some of it on personal pages of our friends here (Jon Broxton and Erik Woods, for example), but also composers and other insiders. Some of the best conversations most recently have started on Robert Folk's page. Mr. Folk has spent the last few weeks posing an interesting question in the morning - usually having to do with the state of the industry; today's for example, asks why Spielberg is so uniquely attuned to film music - and inviting everyone to comment. The commenters include fans who have friended his page, but also industry insiders and some composers too. David Arnold, Hans Zimmer, Scott Glasgow, Gary Chang, Chris Boardman, Peter Bernstein, etc. It's mostly very civil and always very insightful. Not sure you have to friend him to see the posts, but worth checking out either way.
