Very sad to hear that Ralph Titterton, the archivist for much of Barry Gray's work, has passed away.

Eternally grateful to him and his partner Catherine Ford for bringing much of Barry Gray's work to a wider audience.

Sympathy to his family, colleagues & friends.

Sorry to hear this news, and as you say, sympathies to Ralph's family and friends.

What sad, sad news. He helped bring joy to so many people who love Barry Gray's marvelous music.

Stingray is the next Barry Gray soundtrack to be released on Silvascreen.

I have the Fanderson 2 CD AND 3 CD editions of this; so that's more than enough for me; but will probably listen to this on Spotify.

Silvascreen have produced reasonable representations of the soundtracks to the non-purists.

It would be nice if this release was dedicated to Ralph Titterton, who has helped with these releases enormously over the years.

I think the Silva Screen releases have been terrific distillations of the fuller releases, even though I have the Fanderson releases themselves.

I found the 4-disc release of UFO - whilst a welcome release - a real challenge to get through, even with multiple listening sessions. The Silva one-disc edition was a much better listen, albeit with Track 2 ('SHADO') relocated to near the end of the album, as Barry's UFO scores did tend to lean heavily on the theme in various guises, and placing a bunch of them together so early in the track listing wasn't such a good sequencing decision in my opinion.

Of course, the Silva editions have been produced by the Fanderson team also, and all credit to them for producing these discs for a wider audience.

I also purchased that neat little disc by Silva that included the pop track “Trampoline”. It's a fun quickie.
