Ordered THE UNKNOWN KNOWN now. Surprised that shipping has become as steep at $10 for overseas for a single CD (that's Norwegian prices), but I guess that's the going rate these days. I buy CD's far too rarely.
While that sucks, it's nowhere near as bad as what third party sellers on Amazon are now charging to send cd's overseas to Australia from the U.S. Up until late last year it used to cost around U.S.$6.50 for one cd but since then the price has risen to about $14-17. That's just via plain old standard international shipping, too. If the shipping is fulfilled by Amazon then it's only $7, but the amount of sellers that have their shipments fulfilled by Amazon is a tiny minority.
I've also seen some ebay sellers charging as much as $24-42(!!!) to ship one cd to Australia via priority mail.
Jesus. Titty. F@cking. Christ.

No, do NOT blame the sellers. Amazon sets those prices and every single CD seller has the same shipping. The 'fulfilled by Amazon' thing is a different issue but for those of us who don't sell as a business it's not worth it.
And really, don't blame Amazon either, because the actual cost to ship them is indeed up there -- a 5oz package to Australia is $12.75.
Yeah, I figured that it's Amazon that sets the shipping price. I should have worded my post differently. Was just having a bit of a vent is all.

Anyone want to attempt a chronological breakdown of LAIR?
I'm not sure it's possible, at least to do one that is definitive. The Main Theme is on the start screen, the Main Menu at the level selection, Love Theme plays during Training, Rohn's Theme plays when the game is paused. Several pieces, or very similar sounding equivalents, creep up multiple times, with subtle differences depending on the situation -- a layer of percussion will be added or a theme will be played by woodwinds instead of strings. It would also require intimate knowledge of the full breadth of the gameplay, which probably isn't too common.
The closest analog would probably be to refer to the game's Concert Hall mode, which was unlocked after completing the game (or, like myself, obtaining a completed game save file so that I could access it without subjecting myself to the tortuous gameplay). That track order roughly followed the progression of levels and cinematics in the game, but it also is subject to some very unmusical edits and splits.
My best guess, using my memory of what little of the game I managed to play, watching the cinematics on Youtube, and the track listings for both the game's Concert Hall mode and the iTunes album:

The Preparing for Battle cue on the LLL release is unfamiliar to me, but it could remain attached before "Maelstrom" and still make dramatic sense. As I mentioned earlier, a lot of the music wasn't meant to go in just one particular spot in the game. In fact, many of their order changes are fine because they break up similar sounding cues; the largest oddity to me is putting Breaking the Ice as the second track, but it's bothered me less every time I've listened to it and I assume that I will grow accustomed to their ordering eventually.
