I'm doing an on-line radio show of movie music but, to cater to the non-aficionados, I'm trying to intersperse songs as opposed to thematic material.

Things as diverse as Whale of a Tale, Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea, Charro, by Elvis, A Certain Smile even, or especially, the like of Blazing Saddles. Stuff like that. possibly even hit songs which were not featured in the film but associated with it.

Anyone got any favorites please?

Some terrific, off-the-wall suggestions here as expected.

I'm trying in vain though to find a recording of Frankie Laines' title song to Gunfight at the Okay Corral which includes the Paramount/VistaVision opening logo.

Any ideas where I might purchase this either as a CD Track or MP3 please?
