Hi, I'm a film music fan from China.
Recently, I wrote an article about the history of Oscar music award in Feb, it's mainly discussed about the reasons of the changing categories of best orignal score award in its 90 years Oscar history.
This article is written by Chinese, contain nearly 9000 words.

You can buy it here.

It's an interesting topic, for sure, but I'm afraid there are very few -- if any -- members here who can read Chinese.

Yes, I try to did a research to the Oscar history, film music history and film history, try to find the real reasons about the changed categories.

But it's a pitty that I didn't have the ability to write long English article. frown so just hope there will be someone who can read Chinese, and have intereted in film music to traslate it. big grin

Then who is writing your posts?

If you are the one posting here, then I'd say you're 50% there. Translate yourself and have someone clean it up. Just an idea.
