It has been said here more than once that those tapes are lost or destroyed. Stuff has unexpectedly turned up before so I've learned to never say never, but the outlook is not great. Hope I'm wrong!
I'd love it if for no other reason than it's a GREAT movie and a soundtrack might draw more eyes to it
Also the score is great! There's music from Small's score over the DVD menu, obviously from the M&E track. Perhaps something could be done from this source. Quartet did some nice things this way.
