Yeah, if this is as reported she's out of control. I wish the judge could just flip her suit and make her pay to the families what she's asking from them. Also, is it standard for someone who hits a bicyclist from behind, killing him, to be neither charged nor breathalyzed, or is that an artifact of her husband being a cop? Also, she's actually suing the dead kid's brother who wasn't even there, but who later fatally overdosed, evidently in grief for his dead brother, for adding to her emotional trauma? Does she have no empathy whatsoever? This whole thing just reeks of inhumanity.

After reading the article, the article would not let me alone; it's haunted me all day since I read it this morning. In a cold, cold world, this woman's lawsuit is indeed 'inhuman'. So, I got out my Google Maps of Ontario and through Directory Inquiries, managed to find the phone number and address of the family that's suffered two grievous losses. With just a simple message of sympathy and of support for The Majewski Family, a total stranger got in touch and offered them a kind word or two - it was all I was capable of doing. (I did find the information of the woman who is suing, but I did not take it down nor will I act upon it. I think she will be hounded for the rest her life because of her inhumanity. She's toast.)
