The secret of life is moderation otherwise you might find yourself going down a dangerous road, in a mental state and also in time a psychical state. The exception in my life would be making movies when of course if your the top man, that will be basically your life for months. But even then get out afterward and take a breather for a few months. It is a shame for many to waste there precious hours of existence on such limited experiences. Life is fill with diversity use it.Before it is too late.
