Hi all,

About two months ago, eBay user sexystripperboots bought a CD I was selling on eBay. The transaction was completed smoothly, he paid quicky, I sent the CD to the United States where he lives and he received it within two weeks. I send CDs worldwide more than 10 years now and they ALWAYS reach their destination.

After the auction he contacted me and suggested we make a trade outside eBay. Long story short, I sent him my end of the deal and I never received his. He replied on the first message I sent him, he claimed he never received my CD and suggested we wait but now he keeps ignoring my messages.

I guess it was a mistake to trust him and I am writing this here so that noone else falls into the same trap by sexystripperboots. If you want to do business with this eBay member, never do it outside eBay.

UPDATE
eBay user sexystripperboots contacted me today, willing to resolve the problem. We exchanged several messages and we came to an agreement. This matter has been worked out peacefully. He told me that he had not seen my messages (eBay problem?) in which case I made a mistake to post here. The minute I receive the replacement CDs he told me he'll send me, I'll post here because I want everyone to see that he is indeed a trustworthy person.
Cheers

ANOTHER UPDATE

I never received the CDs Danny Gonzalez (real name of sexystripperboots) said he would send me.
THANK GOD this time around I paid him through PayPal.
He gave me a tracking number that was fake (never came up in ANY system) and blamed the post office for that (!) After MANY emails that I sent him (he ignored me), I opened a PayPal dispute. THEN he responded to my e-mails claiming he sent the CDs and demanding I closed the case, which of course I didn't since he hadn't sent the CDs. We exchanged many e-mails, mostly he was saying he sent the CDs and asking me to close the dispute, to which I responded that I would ONLY close the dispute if I receive the CDs.
I escalated the dispute to a claim, of course ALWAYS informing Danny before doing so and giving him enough time to send me the CDs (e-mails that also went unanswered).
Today PayPal refunded me. Danny Gonzalez responded to this sending me an e-mail threatening me and calling me names.
I have kept a PDF file of all the e-mails we exchanged and it's a funny (but long!) read in case anyone is interested.

There is a previous thread regarding him, which unfortunately I found after the deals we made

Danny has long been a thorn in the side of this board. He's been kicked off of here more times than I can count on my two hands and has always had a problem sending stuff out in good condition, if not outright screwing people out of money.

He also writes a (pretty bad) blog on The Examiner if you want to continue contacting him. http://www.examiner.com/ny-in-new-york/danny-gonzalez

I would suggest you take your story to the "General Discussion" side of the board. "Trading Post" doesn't get as much foot traffic and you'd probably help a lot of others by warning them ahead of time that he's at it once again.

Gonzalez uses the screen name PUSSYCAT, PUSSYCAT on here as well. I was almost a victim when I joined FSM but luckily it worked in my favor. It was just dumb luck and a lot of patience that resulted in my getting the item. It took 2 months after payment. NEVER AGAIN!

You're right, but I'm not a person of disputes or quarrels and I already I feel strange even for this thread. I wouldn't want to do that, but I also agree that other members do have to be protected.
So, if anyone wants to start a thread on the "General discussion" and make a link to this thread they are welcome to do so.
