GAME OF THRONES---spoiler alert (see below).
THE BATMAN---the latest rumor claims BATMAN v SUPERMAN: DAWN OF JUSTICE will be followed in 2019 by a solo Batman movie tentatively titled THE BATMAN starring Ben Affleck.
Sources also said DAWN OF JUSTICE's Lex Luthor (Jesse Eisenberg) won't be bald. Luthor is described as, "You are going to hate this guy. You are going to root for him to be punched by Supes when he weasels his way out of legal trouble. He is cocky and confident because he is THAT good at what he does. He's a billionaire who knows he is more powerful than the Senator and Congressman visiting because he's a billionaire. This is a high tech mega billion company with a shiny veneer. It's Apple/Google, colorful and consumer friendly public image but serious potential for Lex's deviousness."
The sources also say Holly Hunter will play the US Senator visiting LexCorp, and Tao Okamoto will play Lex Luthor's assistant, Mercy.
STAR WARS: EPISODE VII---rumors say Lupita Nyong'o and Adam Driver will play members of a villainous group and there will be black-and-chrome Storm Troopers. Another rumor says filming involves "shoots on a Star Destroyer set" and design work uses original and unused concept art by famed artist Ralph McQuarrie.
An earlier rumor, which has been denied by the latest rumor, said the sequel villains are Jedi Hunters who are followers of the Sith who want to restore them to power and accomplish this by hunting Jedi.
DOCTOR STRANGE---Jon Spaihts (PROMETHEUS) is in negotiations to rewrite the script.
THE RUNNER---movie underway about a New Orleans congressman whose career is ruined by a sex scandal. Nicolas Cage, Connie Nielsen, Sarah Paulson, Peter Fonda, Bryan Bratt and Wendell Pierce star.
TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES---new photo from the reboot movie shows Shredder (William Fichtner) versus Master Splinter.
LEGENDS---new TNT series from Howard Gordon (HOMELAND, 24) in which an FBI undercover agent questions his true identity after meeting a mysterious stranger. Sean Bean and Ali Larter star. Premiere is August 13.
Z NATION---new Syfy 13-episode series set three years after a zombie apocalypse. Survivors must transport another survivor, with antibodies that can save mankind, from New York to a California lab---but he harbors a deep secret. Harold Perrineau (LOST), Tom Everett Scott (SOUTHLAND) and DJ Qualls (SUPERNATURAL) star.
VIKINGS---Season 3 cast additions include Lothaire Bluteau (THE TUDORS), Kevin Durand (LOST) and Morgane Polanski (THE GHOST).
THE LITTLE MERMAID---genderbender male model Andrej Pejic is the first cast member in Sophia Coppola's movie based on the Hans Christian Andersen fable. Pejic will play Ariel's "Sister #4".
GHOSTBUSTERS 3---Max Landis (CHRONICLE) denied he's involved with the sequel.
BLOOD FATHER---Elisabeth Rohm (AMERICAN HUSTLE, LAW & ORDER) will play Mel Giibson's estranged wife in this movie about an ex-con who must save his daughter from drug runners.
INTERNATIONAL INCIDENT---comedy movie underway starring Ken Jeong in which five UN delegates seek to find the lost love of one of their group. Steve Carell is in negotiations to produce.
MASTER CLASS---Meryl Streep stars in this HBO tv movie underway based on the play about opera star Maria Callas when she gave master classes at the Julliard School in the early 1970s. Mike Nichols is the director.
NETFLIX---Chelsea Handler will have a new talk show beginning in 2016. GRACE AND FRANKIE is a new sitcom starring Jane Fonda, Lily Tomlin and Martin Sheen in which two women become friends after their husbands leave them to get get married to each other.
DJANGO UNCHAINED---Quentin Tarantino and Matt Wagner are developing a new graphic novel featuring Django and Zorro.

GAME OF THRONES---creators Dan Weiss and David Benioff previewed Season 5, "There will be Dorne, and we're excited about it. Who wouldn't want to hang out in Dorne? They have admirable values and priorities. And have you seen Oberyn's coat?
Littlefinger has been open with a few people about what he wants: Varys, Sansa, a few prostitutes, us. He wants everything. He wants to sit on that throne. By necessity, his path there will be twisted and indirect. But everything he does in some way points to that goal. As for Varys: Early in the season, when speaking with Tyrion, Varys claims to be concerned primarily with self preservation. At the end of the season, though, his actions prove otherwise. He throws away the entire life he's built for himself in King's Landing to save Tyrion's life. Now what? … "Now what?" will become eminently clear in season 5."
Also, sources claim Season 5 will emphasize Princess Myrcella's marriage to Prince Trystane that's not in the book. Apparently, in the role of Myrcella, Aimee Richardson has been replaced by Nell Tiger Free.
