Finally finished the complete cue list for all four Jaws films! Just a few notes:
1) Many of the pieces from Jaws 2 and 3D sound much different from previous releases and require film versions. Their film versions often contain different variations as opposed to previous releases
2) Intrada's release of Jaws 3D left out many excerpts from the film, almost every track that was released was missing pieces that can be heard on the film versions (Shark Chase and Dolphin Rescue, It's Alive/Seaworld Opening Day/ Silver Bullet, Philip's Demise, etc.).
3) Source cues may not appear on a new release but I included them anyway
4) All unreleased titles are improvised and not official.
If I have missed any pieces, please don't hesitate to add on. This just gives an idea of what an official box set release may, and hopefully will, look like.

•Items with a (*) are missing excerpts from their film version or have never been released at all

Excellent work!! Thanks for listing those. I'd definitely buy a box set with those scores.

Just as a side note regarding the "Beach Source Cues" ("Jaws", track 7), I think they were simply barely-recognizable snippets of popular songs of the era, including "Having My Baby" (I forget the artist's name) and an Olivia Newton John song, among others, assuming that's what you were referring to. In fact, there was a thread on this very board about those hard-to-hear snippets not too long ago, but I can't get the search engine to work for me. (It's probably just my computer.)

Same here, Another solid franchise score-wise! I only own the original album of Jaws and would love to get the sequel scores as well (especially part 4).

Great list.

On The Pier Incident and Barrel Of Starboard I don't remember the movie having additional material, in fact the soundtrack includes some music omitted in the film. Did you consider that the soundtrack used a different take?
The main issue with the previous Jaws release is the sound quality, Douglass Fake explained that they used the new 5.1 mixes created for the DVD folding it back to stereo which did not worked so well, but that the original tapes exist and are in perfect condition.

On Jaws 3-d the Universal Logo is simply a repeat of a section of The Shark Dies, as noted, and It's Overman and Gate Malfunction are repeats of A portion of The Shark Stalks The Skiers.

At this moment a Jaws series box set remains my most wanted grail. There's lots of great music unreleased and the sound on Jaws and Jaws The Revenge needs improvement.

The pop songs you're referring to actually take place during "the empty raft" scene. The music played after the "montage" scene is some ragtime piece (Joplin?).

Also, let's not forget about the campfire (harmonica, guitar) source right after the main title.

The music I was referring to on The Pier Incident and Barrel Off Starboard are really not vital but towards the end of these cues in the film version there is just an ongoing shark theme which was not included on the Decca release. Again, not a big deal but I just thought I'd add it in

Oh, yes, you're right on Barrel Off Starboard, the scene on which Quint takes the baseball bat.

On Jaws 3-d you can include an * on "Kay and Mike's Love Theme", the film version (with the piano) is different to the album version. I've always preferred the film version.

Ugh. My holy grail as well. This and the Indiana Jones films. *sigh* I feel like I'm going to be dead by the time they come out.
