Saw True Lies on TV yesterday and wondered..why did James Cameron turn to James Horner for all his following movies, instead of keeping Brad Fidel? Is there a specific reason?
Anyone?

He moved onto Horner after Terminator (he knew Horner from their old Roger Corman days and I would hazard a guess he wanted a larger orchestral sound for his sequel film).
They had a big bust-up during ALIENS, with Horner vowing never to work with him again.
I believe old JC can be quite the task master smile
He went back to Brad Fiedel for Terminator 2 and True Lies (after a stint with Silvestri on ABYSS).
He made up with Horner for TITANIC, after JC had temped a lot of it with Braveheart.
