Were these ever commercially released on 45s or anyplace else?
I don't believe anything was released officially. There was some interesting people involved in the music including Michael Kamen, Debbie Harry, and Bill Murray.
Robert Maier has a Youtube channel, perhaps you could ask there? He was line producer on the film and was present when the music was recorded in New York.
