OK... for a change I now have problems with their discount code for used titles.
Just put some CDs into the cart, go through checkout but when I enter the code nothing changes and full prices are still listed...

Anyone else?

Yes....using Chrome on new Tablet the discount did not apply & even the Confirm button was missing - fine, wouldn't order without the discount anyway. Maybe tomorrow will be better. ...

Nevermind. I figured it out.

It doesn't help that the SSL certificate is for www1.screenarchives.com, and not www.screenarchives.com, causing a 'fail' and the need to override the error in my browser at least (Firefox).

Everything work fine when I pre-ordered my Killer Elite/Noon Wine Blu-ray.
I just followed the new security procedure.
I guess I was lucky.

After checking my bank account the other day, I know that I was charged $5.95 for the online issue of Film Score Monthly, but I have not been able to access the content. Every time I try to log in, I get a message that I need to subscribe.

What is going on? I need my fix of film music journalism. Help!

James

I had the same problem when the new issue was released but it was corrected since - at least in my case - although my credit card was charged twice.

Our apologies, but we inadvertently used an old code twice. A new code was resent immediately and is usedsale820. Please let us know if you continue to have problems.

Usedsale820 did work! I also discovered that if I tried to use Paypal on both Chrome and IE10 that there was no Confirm Order button on the bottom of the last screen. I had to add my CC number to my account and use that.

Thanx SAE. Just updated my account address and shipping address info and this time it appears to have taken.

Well, after reading this thread I logged out of SAE, and then logged back in again. The site then told me that I needed to re-enter my delivery details, so I clicked on the button to do so.

The site then politely showed me my previously-entered details, leaving me nothing to do but click Ok.

So, a quite painless experience so far.

Oddly enough, it's just like all my SAE experiences. smile

To the guys and gals at SAE, I say:

Thank you very much for your service for the last 12 years and 35 orders. You guys rock!

EDIT:

Not so happy. Now my session has expired, which I never observed pre-upgrade.

Now, I can understand that it might be good from the security viewpoint to let sessions expire, but I'm the only person who uses this browser. Security is not an issue for me. I'd rather get the option to disable session expiry.

EDIT 2:

Ok, so 10 hours later I'm still logged in. Go figure.

I'll go back to being happy. smile

Is the new system in any way connected with FSMO's subscriptions too?
I see that my credit card was already charged for the latest issue but when I log in and try to read anything it says I need to be a subscriber...

Is this problem connected with SAE and should I contact SAE or it's on FSMO's side of things?

I'm getting the same message.

Same problem

Yes, these issues are related and working on a fix now. Thanks for your patience.

Same problem. Different day.
