what about Luise Rainer?

She may be the oldest living film actress at 104, but the co-stars in any of her pre-1960 films are long gone.

How about The Yellow Rolls-Royce (1964)?

Five members of its cast (Alain Delon, Jeanne Moreau, Omar Sharif, Shirley Maclaine and Lance Percival) are still with us.

And how about JOY HOUSE (1964), which stars Alain Delon, Jane Fonda, and Lola Albright.

Edit: I see Bob DiMucci has already called this one. Sorry for only skimming before posting! embarrassment

Longest Day i suppose you have to go down the cast list.
connery and leslie phillips for sure.

One wonders if there were any early Caine or Connery films that we havent considered?

How about ARTISTS & MODELS (1955), with Jerry Lewis, Dorothy Malone, Shirley MacLaine, and Anita Eckberg still around.

Or, SEVENS BRIDES FOR SEVEN BROTHERS (1954), with Jane Powell, Russ Tamblyn, Tommy Rall, Jacques d'Amboise, Julie Newmar, and Ruta Lee still living. Granted, some of these folks aren't exactly headliners (it is an ensemble piece, after all), but how about bonus points for the director, Stanley Donen, still being with us?

My initial thought was the 1963 version of LORD OF THE FLIES, with its cast of teenagers who were born during the 1940s or the 1950s.

Alas ... the first performer credit in IMDB is James Aubrey (1947-2010), who had passed away 4 years ago at age 62.
(the rest of the cast appears to be still with us).

FSM folks: any other film(s) you can think of which had primarily children and/or adolescents in its main cast?

The Sound of Music - 1965 - still has its two major stars living and thriving -- and, I think, all of the 7 children in it are still alive and well. Eleanor Parker, sadly, passed in 2013, though.

David Selznick's THE ADVENTURES OF TOM SAWYER from 1938 had two child performers in lead roles. Tommy Kelly and Ann Gillis. I believe they are still with us.
