Planet of the Apes (TV) sigh

I'd sell her to you but my Apes collection would be incomplete. Plus I dig the album and love the main title.

I have every last Christopher Young CDs they've issued over the years, including the promos save for a small, incredibly difficult to get, handful. Not giving up though smile

I have all of them though for some I probably traded a bit more than I wanted. I do hope more will get an official release down the road!

Thanks for the thought for Apes, but I am convinced it will de re-issued down the line as Apes scores are perennials of sorts.

And I am also hoping for more Young official releases, but as I said earlier, I'm not giving up. smile

List of missing (Intrada) Young promos: The Wonder Boys, Unforgettable, Hush, The Core, When in Rome (?). So, as you can see I'm almost there. smile

And while we're at it, can anyone here confirm if Christopher Young vol. 1 is a legit promo and by whom it was produced? Thanks.

I have well over 1000 film scores, but never listed things by label, and I'm not about to go through all those shelves and boxes to count. I definitely have a LOT of Intradas among them, and a lot of LLL and Varese. A guesstimate is maybe 150 or so.

I do have a few of the ones you are lacking, and I'll give them another few listens to see if I might consider parting with them. I have begun to think about cutting back on my collection because there are so many I only rarely, if ever, listen to any more. I am not a completist in any way and only keep music I like. I have parted with many highly collectible titles in the past that didn't really click with my tastes.

Good point. The are only 24 hours in a day, and even with our portable devices, there is only so much music we can listen to. I have also parted with 'collectibles' in the past, especially when I could help a fellow collector/fan acquire something he truly desired. No skin off my back, and a bit of happiness passed on to someone else. smile

Public service announcement - here is a list of Intrada doubles I have for trade: Something Wicked this Way Comes (sealed), The Journey of Natty Gann (Mint), Link (Mint), The Deep (sealed), Honey, I Shrunk the Kids (Mint), The Seven Ups (Mint), The Quiller Memorandum (sealed).

Loads.

I did try to get together a list but I wasn't sure if I should count the Silva Screen-licensed versions of Extreme Prejudice, Rent-a-Cop and Not Without My Daughter.

I have 29 currently, with 2 others on order yet to be received. Not many compared to the huge collections of most who've posted thus far, but I've only been in the game since mid-2011.
