CD appears not to contain the Dionne Warwick vocal. There are three tracks called 'Happy in Paris', two have vocal versions of the song sung by a female combo and one is an instrumental.
Thanks for the info. Two of the vocals are by the Percy Faith singers. On one website, the third version was listed as "Burt Bacharach"---which is apparently is the instrumental version. It's odd that the definitive version---Dionne Warwick's vocal---isn't on the soundtrack.

This happened a lot, usually because the vocalist had a recording contract with another label. One example that comes to mind is RAINTREE COUNTY. Nat King Cole sang during the main title, but the soundtrack album featured only a chorus because Mr. Cole was a Capitol artist and the soundtrack was released by RCA. Mr. Cole's vocals didn't appear until Lukas finally struck a deal for the FSM release.
