I can make one, too. Just let it sit exposed to air for a month , soak it in water, then cook it on a high tempoerature for an hour. The blackest burger you'll ever see.
I wish it would come to the US. I’d try it with one reservation – the squid ink sauce. Some folks like octopus or squid cooked in their ink, and I’ve heard that it has a citrus taste, but whenever I’ve tried it the ink was awful. So, make mine black, hold the sauce.

I'm so prejudice when it comes to food. Unless I grew up thinking it's normal, unless it's cooked, or still wiggles I'm not eating it.
