I'm surprised to find that there's no discussion thread (that I can find at least) on Morgan and Stromberg's scores to these nuclear weapons documentaries. I watched a couple of youtube films that were scored with cues from Trinity and Beyond and was quite taken with the music. I'm looking to pick up either the Trinity and Beyond or Atomic Journeys / Nukes in Space albums.

Can anyone give a recommendation as to which is the superior listening experience?

I have both (and have seen Trinity & Beyond, which is/was on Netflix Streaming) and definitely prefer Trinity & Beyond for its music. Atomic Journey's is a fine album but I found the first to be much more rich in themes. It was also the trailer music used in some ads for X-Men 2!

Trinity & Beyond is hands down the greatest so it should be prioritized if there's only room to get one of the two albums, but the other two scores (paired together on album) are also very good.

I wish the very talented Mr. Stromberg and Mr. Morgan would get more composing work (and by that I mean scores where they aren't forced to slavishly ape a temp track, which Starship Troopers 2 sadly suffers from).
