Roger says

SEVEN scores on THREE separate CDs. So many scores, so much to talk about. When I get around to it.

So, not The Ten Commandments then smile The tidy mind would think of two CD's with two scores each & one CD with three, but it could be stranger than that. Hopefully some (short) LP's making it onto CD. Should be interesting.

Roger just confirmed it's three single-disc releases, two containing 2 scores, and the third containing 3 scores.

And also, that none of them are horror scores.

Talk about making up for lost time.

Composers, dead or alive?

Come on Faltermeyer! Bev Hills 1/2 on one disc and Fletch 1/2 on one disc. One can dream.

Nightmare On Elm Street?

Edit: Just read Roger's reply that the poster was "no where in the ballpark" when he mentioned needing a horror fix. Plus Roger confirmed 3 different composers. Plus "Nightmare" is stuck in VS territory, right?

I was hoping for some horror scores like a double bill of James Horners The Hand and Deadly Blessing. Either way can't wait for the announcements

One CD could easily fit Bill Conti's scores to Rocky V and Rocky Balboa. Wouldn't that be sweet!

How about some unreleased Thomas Newman scores? Phenomenon? Less Than Zero? I wish...
Or some unreleased Robert Folk or David Newman?

It's about time we had the "Our Man Flint" and "In Like Flint" LP programs. Would that fit one one CD? Well, it's probably not that anyway.

I'd like to see some new John Barry—quelle surprise—but time will tell.

One could only hope. Although, I feel that the scores/composers would somehow have to be related somehow.

They'd fit easily...with tons of space left over! Fingers crossed!

could be short scores from the same composer and/or the same studio

Pretty woman / Runaway Bride by James Newton Howard

Julia + another Fox title (Georges delerue and ...?)

Beaches + Heartbreak Hotel by Georges Delerue

and so on...

"Airport 1975" and "Airport '77" could probably fit on one disc.

Wishful thinking, I know.

I just hope one of them is David Newman's MIGHTY DUCKS coupled with some other, shorter Disney/Touchstone Newman scores.
