I have not received my order 64427 of 17 October 2014.
The order includes five CDs: Halloween 5, Halloween 6, Gorky Park, Switchback and The Fog.

My order is sent, or not?

Why you do not reply to emails? This is not serious.
If I do not receive a response, I lodge a complaint for theft.

Here is their contact information, why not try to call them and see if you can get a response instead of complaining on the boards?

because that "complaining on the boards" seems to be the only way to get an answer.
Seriously the person in charge of shipping orders and customer support at BSX needs to be fired or replaced immediately... This is getting ridiculous, while for a brief period of time not so long ago, this wasn't this bad...

I am still waiting for replacement from orders placed a year ago as well as missing CDs from orders I placed in January. Usual comment (if any) that some items are backordered makes no sense and after months of waiting, it's just incompetence on BSX's part.

I am definitely curious if I ever get what I've ordered and until then I am not placing a single order at BSX and after recent level of communication and service I will seriously consider if I will be ever ordering anything again!

We had to get Mr. Howarth to sign a few more copies for orders such as this one.

It's set to ship out today.

I've contacted them several times and they always answered me (ok maybe not the same day, but in the week, they have some kind of clumsy and strange aversion to emails).

Never tried to contact them via facebook (https://www.facebook.com/pages/BUYSOUNDTRAXCOM/120224221325392) who knows, that may work better.

If you are the person I think you are:

https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction?qtc_tLabels1=LJ668704962US

You should have this order plus the order that was returned to us by the end of the week.

Overseas customers shouldn't have to spend tons of money on expensive, international phone calls or have to send a handwritten letter to a street address in order to find out what's happening to their order. They should be able to communicate quickly and swiftly through e-mail. If that doesn't work, 'complaining on the boards' is a viable and more effective option.

Sorry, I know it's illegal to discuss BSX customer service here (for whatever curious reason), but I just had to get that off my chest.

FYI, it's the 21st Century international rates for calls is vastly lower then it ever has been and there things like Skype as well.

So that excuse just don't hold up.

What planet do you live on? If I were to make a phone call to the US for this query (let's say it would take me a minimum of 5 minutes to get my points across and to let the respondent find out what's wrong), it would easily cost me some $8-9.

But regardless of the cost, it really shouldn't be necessary for customers to CALL in the 21st century (especially not non-US customers) if you are to be taken seriously as a business.

I feel I should defend BSX here.

I've never had a problem with BSX, and that was even when I did have a problem.

I've placed many orders through BSX and only once was an order delayed. I sent an email directly to them enquiring about my order and they replied within 24 hours. They acknowledged the problem and apologised. They then promptly sent my order. The tone of their communication was courteous and professional. I consider this to be good customer service.

This was over 2 years' ago and I don't know if anything has changed since then. However, I continue buying from them and other vendors with no problem.

BSX fucked up so many times in the past for me and the only time you got a reply from them was when threatening them by writing in public forums etc.
Once it took me 9 months to recieve a package and when I finally got a reply it was "We´re shipping today" coinsidence, not really.
If i live in another part of the world with different timezones , I will not call because a company can´t answer simple emails.
If you can´t run a buisness properly, close the shop.
Intrada, LLLR, Kritzerland, Varese etc do not have this kind of problem, why do BSX have them?

Answer me that Ford thaxton and please give me a straight answer without mocking...

Amen to that: why is it just BSX?
I put an order in on September, 1st this year. I inquired about it after 5 weeks - nothing had been done about it. No answer - as usual. Well, it took them 9 and a half weeks to ship that stinking order. I still haven't received it yet. Why over 9 weeks to ship it? All the CDs were in stock.
Why no answer when you email them.

Complete agreement. I never order from BSX these days. Two best friends in the Midwest with the same issues. Late orders, missing items, duplicate items...and "Bonus CD" offers to make up for the incompetence - two of which weren't shipped to me as "apologies" for screwing up orders.

Other companies don't have this issue - I give them all high marks and respect them greatly. The BSX problems have been going on for YEARS, and the same excuses have worn out. I'd like to see the other labels not make excuses for BSX and cut them off from CD supplies like the gangrenous appendage they are.

If I ran a clinic this way I'd have no surviving patients.

Oops - make that "ran" a clinic like BSX runs a business.
