I've been trying to email BSX about a damaged disc, using the email address posted on their website, info@buysoundtrax.com. Twice now I have had my emails rejected as "delivery failed." It's not an address typo on my part, because I cut and pasted directly from the website. Does anyone know if they are having a problem, or have changed email addresses?

Thanks.

That's what I am using, but it failed yesterday and again today. I used email instead of phone because I had attached two photos of the damage on the disc. I'll try again.

I just tried it again and it failed. So, I tried sending it from a different email address of mine, and it failed again. It appears that the BSX address is not accepting email for some reason.

I just emailed it from my own person account, not problems, it might have to either do with your server or earthlink's (Our server).

Give me the ORDER NUMBER and I'll look up your information.

Hi Ford,
It's not an order, so there is no number. I got the Basil Poledouris collection from a non-BSX seller along with other titles from other publishers. It was factory sealed, but the second disc has some damage that appears to have been mechanically inflicted on the surface during or prior to packaging. I wanted to see about a replacement.

I just tried sending the message again from a Yahoo account instead of Hotmail, with the same rejection. Could it be that the BSX account rejects messages with photos? I sent them embedded in the email rather than as attachments. The rejection message from Yahoo said:
"Remote host said: 550 5.7.1 sACLffcX017711 This message does not comply with required standards."

I just tried sending it again without the photos. It appears to have gone through this time, so we can go back to dealing via email instead of on the FSM board.

Thanks.

Been getting emails from a wide range of folks all day.

You'll need to contact the vendor who you purchased this item from and have them get in touch with us directly and we'll send out a replacement disc to you.
