Glad to hear about more Jarre on the way... far too many to chose from - THE PROFESSIONALS, RYAN'S DAUGHTER, IS PARIS BURNING? would be probably at the top of my list wink

A good choice Petr.....

All 3 would be good candidates. My favorite of the 3...The Professionals followed by Is Paris Burning?

I hope that the Rozsa S&G is still on the slate for 2015 as the previous writings make it unclear?

Jesus of Nazareth would be at the top of my list. If I had the money I would pay you now James!

Regarding Ryan's Daughter - that would also be nice.

I have Mr Moses, The Betsy and QBVII on my Xmas list!!

Great! You appear to have a full slate of great scores to record. Can't wait for all of them!

Received Betsy today and instantly loved it from the first play.

Never seen the film or heard anything from the score before, but it is definitely Barry all the way. More of the romantic side but still with the odd hint of the Bond-Barry.

Thanks James/Nic/Prometheus/All Involved for another wonderful recording. Looking forward to Obsession, S&G, and the other titles you have planned for the future. You're pretty much at the blind purchase point for me now.

Better to listen to the music ...than see the film!

Today has been my first opportunity to listen to 'The Betsy' in full. I've played it twice, jeez what a great score and recording. I was only previously familiar with the cue on the 'Walkabout' CD (or was is the 'Zulu' one, can't remember), but I didn't expect the full score to be just this good. It could quickly become a favourite!

I appreciate this thread was about 'The Betsy' but James also mentioned in it he was due to record another Jarre score. Did we ever find out what that score is? Have I missed or forgotten it?embarrassment
